2015: First Project: Sampler For My Sewing Room

My first project of the year is the Anita Goodesign Sampler. I'm making it for my sewing room. The project started with the AGD embroidery party in November- my team allowed me to have the blocks because the colors - pink, purple, gray work in my sewing room. The landscape sewing machine block, dress forms, and butterfly with needle came from the party. I worked to have a variety of techniques. My favorite are the confetti blocks as it's such a fun technique. I also enjoy the folded fabric borders from the Quilting Essentials collection.
